This program is designed to empower you with the skills needed to secure both paid and unpaid internships within our extensive network of hiring organizations.

We encourage college students to adopt entrepreneurial mindsets that value employment and organizational leadership as partnerships. Through this approach, you can explore your chosen career field with hands-on, real-world training before making a definitive career commitment.

Our ecosystem features a team of accomplished mentors who are experts and leaders in their respective fields. They are eager to support you through mentorship, job shadowing, exclusive business tours, and invaluable internship placements.
